Don’t act like this is one-sided, like I’m some kid who has a crush on his sister’s friend.
#*SIGH* #you know when i think about it; i think the only reason they broke these two up #is that they couldn’t have someone caring that much about bonnie. for real. #the way he loved her and i do say love because this is the guy #who hesitated on if he could let her or his SISTER die. and he ended up not being able to do it. he told stefan. #that’s love. #and i think it would’ve gotten in the way of how she’s treated on the show. #they’re apart now and he was telling klaus to back off. apart and he was telling her not to risk her life to save elena’s human one. #if they were still together. realistically; i just don’t see him being about half of the stuff she’s put through. #the way damon talks to her. how people only call her when they need her. what they did to abby. #i truly don’t believe he could accept any of it. #and that would go too far against the status quo. make someone else’s feelings just as important as the trio’s. #big problem for julie.
